Lakeside Ranch is an outdoor venue, and weather conditions are beyond our control. If rain is expected, we will provide and set up tents at no additional cost to help keep your event comfortable. This complimentary service is offered because we understand that the weather is unpredictable and want to help make your event as stress-free as possible.

If you would like tents for shade or other reasons when rain is not expected, they are available as an optional rental. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for your event.

Yes! You're welcome to decorate the venue, but decorations must not damage the property. Items such as nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted unless approved in advance.
